Why is Company Adyawadik Mandatory?

According to the Companies Act 2063, all Private Limited companies must hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and submit the audited financial reports to the OCR within 6 months of the fiscal year-end. This process is commonly known as “Company Renewal” or “Company Update”.
